Terms of service
The agreement between you and ThinkUI when you create an account and connect the server.

1. The service
ThinkUI is a Model Context Protocol server. Once connected to a compatible client, it answers requests from your agent with interface references drawn from ThinkUI's own reference library — screens, flows, components, fonts, icon sets and animated icons.
The server runs as a local process started by your client. ThinkUI does not receive your source code, your prompts or your project files in order to produce a result.
2. Accounts and keys
You need an account to use the server. Keep your account key confidential: anyone holding it can consume your plan. Tell us promptly at [email protected] if a key is exposed and we will issue a new one.
You are responsible for activity under your account, including activity by team members you invite on a Team plan.
3. Plans, billing and cancellation
- Plans are billed monthly in US dollars through our payment processor.
- Usage is metered per tool call. A request that returns no result is not charged.
- You can change plan or cancel at any time from your account page.
- Cancelling stops future charges. Your key continues to work until the end of the period you have already paid for.
- Fees already paid are not refunded for partial periods.
4. Acceptable use
Use the service to help you design and build software. Do not:
- attempt to extract, mirror or rebuild the library in bulk in order to resell it or offer it as a competing service;
- share a single seat between people on a plan that provides one;
- interfere with the service, probe it beyond your plan's limits, or attempt to bypass metering or authentication;
- use the service to break the law or to infringe anyone's rights.
Where the service returns a component, image or asset, your use of that item in your own work is your responsibility. Every result identifies where it came from so you can keep your records in order.
5. Availability
We aim to keep the service available and may change, add to or retire parts of the library. We may suspend an account that is being used in breach of these terms.
6. Intellectual property
ThinkUI, its name, its site and its server software remain ours. Your own work — the code and designs you produce — remains yours.
7. Liability
The service is provided as is. To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.
8. Changes to these terms
If these terms change materially we will tell account holders by email before the change takes effect. Continuing to use the service after that date means you accept the new terms.
